I’ve got some cool news!  I’ve been selected to create a DIY kit for Darby Smart!  I’m still working with them to create the kit but I’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.  In the meantime, I got a box just to see how it felt to open up a Darby box.  I decided to go with the DIY Mini Magnet Terrarium Kit.  Love it.  It’s nice to have all the supplies right in the box rather than having to search high and low for them (my dream is to have one craft store with everything I need, I dream big).

I wanted to show you the kit and my finished product (this isn’t sponsored by the way).  Here’s all the deets.

These are all the supplies that came in the box along with the instructions.

The first step is to arrange the rocks, moss, and air plant the way you want them to look.  Once they’re arranged take the plastic sheet and measure a circle from the opening of the magnets.  Cut the circle in half and glue it to the top of the magnet.

This was my finished product.  I love these because they’re so unique.  I mean who has terrarium magnets on their refrigerator?

That’s a really good question. Most air plants you’ll buy, are already full sized so you won’t have to worry about them getting bigger.
