Warehouse Operations Manager

Full-time/Salary

Location: Provo, UT

Looking for a self starter organized individual who can work hand in hand with the CEO/Owner to manage all aspects of warehouse and employee needs. No warehousing experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures;
  • Managing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Help improve organizational processes, workflow, productivity and efficiency.
  • Attend trade shows
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers for product handling and restocking

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Management experience
  • EXTREMELY ORGANIZED
  • Team player
  • Bachelors Degree (any field) or equivalent experience

Creative Lead

Full-time position/Hourly

Location: Provo, UT

Objective: The Creative Lead will function as a creative and marketing position to manage all facets of social media and creative outputs. This position requires a proven track record of exceptional conceptual, storytelling, and strategic thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with the owner and articulate the rationale behind all work
  • Excellent leadership skills: keeps a level head, solves problems, and engenders confidence that the assignment is entirely in control. 
  • Good at presenting and “selling” the worth of creative ideas.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating a cohesive and comprehensive strategy for content output for all social media platforms
  • Scheduling and assisting in photo shoots including styling and location scouting 
  • Uploading product photos to the website and publishing new product daily
  • Weekly meetings with the owner to go over strategy
  • Send out daily push notifications via our app
  • Setting up and managing all collaborations

Education

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Fashion or other related design disciplines
