*All items within an order are shipped at the same time regardless of it's backordered status.
Shipping & handling charges are based on the items purchased.
*For all US orders, please allow 3-5 business days for CLAD&CLOTH to process and ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
*For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for CLAD&CLOTH to ship your items. CLAD&CLOTH is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
CLAD&CLOTH will gladly accept merchandise returns within 30 days of you receiving your items (excluding final sale). Customers will only be offered store credit for items received after our 30 day grace period. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip & in its original packaging. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. The money will be refunded to the original form of payment and usually takes 3-7 days to show up in your account, depending on your individual bank. If you wish to exchange an item, follow our return policy and we will refund the order to the original form of payment to allow you to make another purchase online for the correct size.
