Shipping Options to the United States

  • Easy Shipping to the US takes 5-10 business days to arrive
  • Orders under $75 in total value, after discounts, is $9.99

All specialty and oversized items such as Clad Bags, hats, larger boots, larger accessories or large orders may be subject to special shipping fees.

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery Time

 

We strive to ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. During times of high order volume, such as holidays or big sales, the handling time may be extend further.

Your package should reach you within 5-10 days of placing your order. That includes handling time.

If you have paid for express shipping service, your order will be prioritized and sent out the very next business day after you order.

Standard shipping time with the shipping provider is 3-9 business days. We ship orders on a first in, first out basis.

All packages ship to the address that was entered on cladandcloth.com. If you use PayPal to pay, we do not use the address that you save/use in PayPal to ship your order. We use whichever address is entered on our website.

 

Order Changes

 

Our fulfillment team does its best to adapt order changes when requested well ahead of the start of the following business day; however we are unable to guarantee that updates will be made prior to shipping. You may send us an email, enter order notes on the web site or through PayPal; however this does not mean that changes can or will be made. We encourage you to double check your order before hitting submit and to update your account to avoid any processing delays. 

 

Refused/Undelivered Packages

 

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return shipping charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. 

 

Order Tracking

 

We provide tracking for your order through the shipping service used to ship your package. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
