Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped out faster than you can say “impulse buy.” Once it leaves us, you'll get a tracking number so you can refresh it obsessively every hour on the hour. (We’ve been there.)
Yep! As long as it's within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags attached, you're good to go. Just email returns@cladandcloth.com to start the return process.
Heads up: you’ll be responsible for return shipping, and that’s because we’re still a small biz and not Amazon with 14 drones and a spaceship warehouse.
Not at this time. It’s easiest to return the item and place a new order for the one you want before it sells out (because stuff goes fast around here).
Sometimes! But we don’t follow the traditional fashion calendar. If you love it, snag it. If you miss it, cry a little (we get it) and sign up for restock notifications just in case.
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. But we’re dreaming big — international may be in our future.
Oh no! Email us ASAP at hello@cladandcloth.com with your order number and a quick pic. We’ll make it right, pinky promise.
A scrappy woman rebuilding her life (and business) one order, one story, and one live sale at a time. It’s a comeback story — and you’re part of it. ❤️

ABOUT CLAD & CLOTH
Clad & Cloth isn’t just a clothing brand. It’s a comeback story.
Once upon a time, I built a seven-figure business from scratch. I had the team, the warehouse, the sparkly Instagram grid — all of it. From the outside, it looked like a dream. On the inside? I was crumbling. I had tied my entire identity to success. So when it all fell apart, I didn’t just lose a business. I lost me.
And starting over? It was brutal.
No funding. No team. Just me, a lot of grit, and a tiny voice inside whispering, “What if you tried again?”
So I did.
Clad & Cloth is my second chance — not just at business, but at doing it the right way. Slower. Smarter. With soul.
This time, I’m building in public. I’m sharing the whole journey — the wins, the flops, the awkward lives where I say weird things on camera. Because I want to show that failure isn’t the end. It can be the beginning of something better.
Whether you’re shopping or just following along to see if I pull this thing off — I’m glad you’re here. You’re part of something honest. Something hopeful. Something we’re building together.
Thanks for being in the story.
Love,
Shannon Warr
