Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? Easy.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives.

Exchanges are free. A different size, color or piece. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label.

Prefer a refund? That works too. Return shipping is on you, and your refund goes back to your original payment once your return reaches us.

Good to know:

• Items need to be unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Try it on, see how it moves, send a photo to a friend. Just don't wear it out first. We'll know.
• To start, email hello@cladandcloth.com with your order number and what you're sending back.

Shipping

In-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Preorders ship by the estimated date on each product page, and if anything changes, we'll email you before you have to ask.

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking number.
